PowerMTA + MailWizz Auto Installer Script & Teach me how to set it up

Hello Freelancers,
I hope you all are going great; I want a good programmer who has previous experience and can build me a "PowerMTA + MailWizz Auto Installer Script" for Ubuntu. Fully auto script just few details which required will be entered at start.
1) SPF, Dkim, Dmarc, rDNS, Ehlo Record Creation.
2) Delivery Server, Bounce Server, Feedback Loop Server setting ready in MailWizz. MailWizz must be fully configured, just log in and start sending emails.
3) SSL Installation via AutoSSL Provided by LetsEncrypt + insert SSL Renew Auto in corn job, scheduled to run every Monday at midnight.
4) IP Rotation
5) IP Warming Schedule on powerMTA on daily basis at 12AM: [login to view URL]
Mail Server must get 10/10 on [login to view URL]
Also Teach me using remote desktop and set it up together and I can document everything.
