Postgresql install guidance needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We are looking for guidance on setting up postgresql and need help with the following that will replicate what another freelancer did for us before. Unfortunately, he is not responsive now so we need some guidance.
1. Installing postgresql on a Linux server domain-production-db that will talk to the application on another Linux server domain-production-app. This was done using Docker on a CentOs Linode server.
2. Providing commands and guidance on how to start, stop DB server, backup the DB on the domain-production-db.
3. Provide guidance on how to move the DB on the domain-production-db to the application server domain-production-app in case we decide not to have a separate server for postgresql and run it on the same app server.
Our environment is on Linode and the app servers are running Ubuntu Linux 18.x. The app is django based, with Apache as the web service. We will do this test setup and configuration within Linode.
