Porting of OMV V6 source code on Raspberry PI 4

Development environment and hardware setup
1. We will enable the remote machine for development
2. We will enable hardware setup (Raspberry PI 4 )

Scope of work -
1. Development environment setting up for Raspberry PI 4
2. Port the OMV V6 source code for Raspberry PI 4
3. Compile the source code for Raspberry PI 4
4. Run the source code on the Raspberry PI 4 hardware
5. Media vault basic functionality should work - e.g. Create folder, write to the folder, read from the folder, create / delete users

Deliverables
1. Setup the development environment for Raspberry PI 4
2. Ported source code of OMV for Raspberry PI 4
3. Readme file covering all the steps of setting up the development environment, source code
compilation, steps to clean and build the project & Testing
