Plesk mail server issue Client host rejected: Access denied

Hi,
I have been using plesk mail server for my laravel app since few months back and working fine to send mail thru the app , like mail notifications , user register etc. But since yasterday it not sending or recieving , like something is blocking it. I tried to send via Mail and i got this error : Client host rejected: Access denied
The mail settings and clouflare DNS are made correctly .
Do you have knowledge of this ? or maybe you know the issue!
