Plesk external ip

I have static ip, my server before have network cable connected directly to server, all good, but now, cable is connected to router, server is connected to router, websites not work, plesk acessable only from local ip ,you must make make port forwarding for me, you can connect to me by teamviever.Router is zyxel EX3300-T0
