Plesk configued Mail not working over Laravel project

Hi,
I have a Plesk admin panel and I use created mail on Plesk to even send mail over the laravel app I have on Plesk. The mail is configured and the DNS record is made correctly on Cloudflare. I can send I receive emails from Webmail. But on laravel not working even if I use Gmail SMTP.
I tried on Localhost and the plesk mail not working however Gmail SMTP working just fine on localhost.
I need someone who can solve this mystery. Someone with earlier experience in this.
Anyone sending random messages will be ignored.
Please don't waste my time. Either you can or not... I don't want someone who just wants to try!
