Plesk Postgresql Problem

hello i use plesk v18 with centos 8 , and i install with plesk update Postgresql but when create and try use DB show bellow error!
psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory Is the server running locally and accepting connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?
