Plesk Optimate + Use the Plesk DNS System

So far, I have done everything in the DNS system with the domain operator, but I have to constantly adjust the DNS entries there to keep the SSL certificate from Let`z Encrypt up to date. Plesk does this automatically internally, but I don't know how to set the DNS settings so that they are made via PLESK. It must be set so that the DNS settings are only made in Plesk itself and not externally.
Furthermore, I can't send mails to gmail addresses because the protocols are missing from the DNS settings. Perhaps this will be managed in PLESK itself as soon as this runs via it.
The job is urgent and should be done as soon as possible.
