Plesk Custom Configuration for Nginx
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I require a competent developer to set up a custom template/config in Plesk for an Nginx only config. This is a domain-specific configuration job that will create an additional listening port (e.g., 8090) for each domain.
Key Project Requirements:
- Customize Nginx settings to allow it to listen on a third port for each domain.
- Configure Plesk to enhance the flexibility of the domain settings.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with:
- System administration and Plesk
- Nginx server configuration
- Varnish Cache
Experience in similar tasks is highly appreciable. By integrating Varnish with the custom settings, I aim to boost my website performance drastically. so possessing a deep understanding of how Varnish can be optimized with Nginx is paramount. Looking forward to your proposal.
This will need to be defined in /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/custom so that it can be deployed to all servers. I do not mind if this is simply a custom.conf file where we can add a server {} block manually or a generated block within /sites/system/domain.com/conf/nginx.conf. However, the docker block needs to be excluded. (varnish will point to this port which will be running in docker)
