PiKVM Audio and Remote Access Enhancement -- 2

PROJECT OVERVIEW
I need an experienced PiKVM or Linux developer to get two-way audio working on a PiKVM V4 Mini, and help me finish the remote access setup so I can use this from anywhere in the world.
The goal is:
I use my personal laptop (MacBook Pro) for camera and microphone.
My other computer (Windows laptop) joins Microsoft Teams.
PiKVM sits between them and sends my MacBook mic and video into the Windows Teams call.
I must be able to reach the PiKVM remotely over the internet, not only on my home network.
CURRENT SETUP
PiKVM V4 Mini.
MacBook Pro is the remote control device.
Windows laptop is the “meeting” device that runs Microsoft Teams.
HDMI from Windows laptop to PiKVM HDMI IN.
USB-C OTG from PiKVM to Windows laptop.
Video and HDMI audio from the Windows laptop into PiKVM work correctly.
I access PiKVM Web UI through a browser and use WebRTC.
CONFIG ALREADY DONE
PiKVM updated to the latest firmware.
WebRTC mode is active in the PiKVM Web UI.
HDMI audio from Windows into PiKVM is working.
/etc/kvmd/override.yaml includes:

CURRENT PROBLEM
The microphone toggle does not appear in the PiKVM WebRTC interface.
Windows does not see any “PiKVM Microphone” or USB audio device.
Logs suggest OTG is creating HID and Mass Storage, but the USB audio gadget is not created.
WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO
Fix USB audio and WebRTC mic
Check kvmd-otg service and confirm it is active.
Check g_audio module and confirm it is loaded.
Fix OTG configuration so PiKVM exposes a USB audio device to Windows.
Make the microphone toggle appear in the PiKVM Web UI in WebRTC mode.
Make Windows detect the PiKVM microphone as a USB audio input.
In Microsoft Teams on Windows, ensure “PiKVM Microphone” works for calls while I speak through my MacBook mic.
Remote access from anywhere
Configure safe remote access so I can reach PiKVM from outside my home network.
This can be PiKVM cloud, reverse tunnel, or secure port forwarding, depending on best practice.
Make sure the solution is stable and keeps my network secure.
Provide simple steps for me to use this when I travel.
Example: exact URL or hostname I use, and any VPN or tunnel client needed.
Clean documentation for me
Short step-by-step notes on:
How the audio path works.
How to turn the mic feature on and off.
How to reconnect remotely if my IP changes or if PiKVM reboots.

Microphone toggle visible and functional in the PiKVM WebRTC UI.
