Pfsense Ovpn Server 5 Mikrotik Sxt Lte vpn site to site routing

I have currently installed the following devices with the following addresses:
Pfsense On Proxmox virtual machine
Vmbr0 Public IP

Vmbr1 192.168.100.11 WAN
Vmbr2 192.168.99.2/24 LAN
Openvpn site to site 10.10.0.1/24 accessible on port 1195
Openvpn for single user 10.10.10.1/24 accessible on port 1195

1 .Mikrotik SXT LTE6
configured with openvpn site to site
LAN 192.168.81.1/24
2 .Mikrotik SXT LTE6
configured with openvpn site to site
LAN 192.168.82.1/24
3 .Mikrotik SXT LTE6
configured with openvpn site to site
LAN 192.168.83.1/24
4 .Mikrotik SXT LTE6
configured with openvpn site to site
LAN 192.168.84.1/24
5.Mikrotik SXT LTE6
configured with openvpn site to site
LAN 192.168.85.1/24

I need to reach all 5 mikrotiks from the lan network 192.168.99.0/24, any user connects as a single user, and each mikrotik network must be reachable from addresses between 192.168.0.0/24 up to 192.168.150.0/24 .
I must be able to access from any address mentioned above on the devices connected in the networks and to the mikrotik devices on the web port and winbox
