Personal Email Server Setup on Linux

I'm looking for an expert to install and configure a Postfix mail agent and a Dovecot mail server on my Linux CentOS system; CyberPanel needs to be installed. Coder must configure the mail server to prevent emails from falling into the spam folder, and coder needs to add DNS entries such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

I will need 10 Postfix mail agent instances for IP rotation.
Also, I need to setup mail agent to use Socks Proxy Servers for sending out mails.

Key Requirements:
- Setting up a personal email server: The main purpose of this project is to create a personal email server for my exclusive use.

- Webmail interface: This is a non-negotiable feature. I need a user-friendly webmail interface for accessing my emails.

- Email accounts: I plan to have less than 10 email accounts set up.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and particularly CentOS configuration.
- Extensive experience with Postfix and Dovecot mail servers.
- Knowledge of setting up webmail interfaces.
- Capability to create and manage email accounts.
