PWA Script Installation on Linux Server

I need a script installed on my Linux server to enable a Progressive Web App (PWA) installation banner. The script can be found here: https://github.com/khmyznikov/pwa-install

Requirements:
- Install and configure the provided script
- Must be done on an Apache web server
- Root access to the server will be provided
