PROXMOX - GPU Passthrough

I have a Dell R720XD running Proxmox. We want to farm CHIA with it. Proxmox is on two SSD's, with the CHIA full node & wallet running on Windows 10 in a VM. I will add 3.5" HDD's through TrueNAS after I get this working. I want to passthrough the two GPU's (NVidia p2000's). One will be to create plots, the other I want to decompress the plots. I am looking for someone who knows Proxmox really well & knows how to get this GPU passthrough to work.
