POC using Vagrant & Docker on AWS Workspace

Job ID: 32385013

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

This project is to get a proof of concept running that uses Vagrant with Docker as a provider on an AWS Linux (CentOS) Workspace. If you submit a proposal please give details of your relevant experience - preferably with a link to a completed Freelancer project.

Take a look at these two articles to understand what we are trying to achieve.

The specific deliverables for this project are:
1) 2 x Vagrant Boxes running Ubuntu 18.04 with Docker as a Provider on AWS Linux Workspace.
2) Must be able to SSH onto the Vagrant Boxes - so they should run a full Linux init system and start the sshd service
3) Setup Apache with the default website on both Vagrant boxes so that we can confirm HTTP connectivity between the boxes and the host machine.
4) Vagrant boxes must be able to share files via a shared folder on the host machine.
5) Push your code to a git repository hosted on bitbucket (details to be provided)
6) The local network should use IP addresses: 192.168.56.1 for the host, 192.168.56.40 and 192.168.56.41 for each of the docker containers. (The two boxes’ IP addresses have public DNS entries - local.differentlife.co.za and local-crm.differentlife.co.za)

We require daily written updates on Slack before 09h00 (GMT+2) for the duration of this project. We would like the project completed by 24 December - if it isn't done by then we will only be able to finalise it 03 January.
