PHPMyAdmin Localhost problem Expert searched

Looking for an experienced PHPmyAdmin specialist who solves our database prolem. mysqli_connect (): (HY000 / 2002): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111) the localhost can no longer be connected and it cannot connect to mysql permit. It is a V-Server with centos os 7 and WHM / cpanelP
