PHP code debugging, Password reset of a software which is developed in PHP and installed on Centos.

1. There is a software developed in PHP, Perl, Mysql, Apache which is installed on Centos server.
2. Login credentials of the software are lost and there is no option to reset/forgot password
3. Need support to reset the password or remove it completely from database or coding
4. Also need help to take backup of the CentOs server including code and database
5. After this task is achieved, further development of the software is required which would be including new features
6. Support in documentation required and testing
7. Knowledge transfer of activities carried
