PHP Script not running on Ubuntu 18

php script doesn't display the website, using Ubuntu/Apache. Need assistance troubleshooting. It returns a 403 forbidden when running the webpage. Server is not accessible over the internet, you will need to perform task using anydesk/teamviewer, etc
