PHP Coding: Certificate Creation and more

There are a couple of Tasks:
1. I have a PHP script that is supposed to auto-generate Certificate of Attendance. However, it is not aligning correctly..
2. Time zone: Time displayed on my app is time-zone aligned. PS: My server is hosted in a different Time zone, and time displayed on the app is the server time and not browser time.
3. Apache/PHP .ini configuration: If I pass on the url email address, the page says unreachable. e.g https://www,.mywebsite.com?email=myemail.@domain.co.za
