Openvpn server admin traning

I have a server running openvpn. I installed open vpn using a script from githubusercontent.com
Currently I dont have any issues with using openvpn server or client. all works well for me on android or windows or ios.
I just need some basic idea on how can I do few things with users.
1. I want to temporary disable a user. while other users should continue to work only a specific users connection should be stopped and I may want to enable the user in few days. delegating the users is not a solution as I dont want to create and send a new .ovpn file again at the time of enabling. It should be something like disabling access and then when I enable the access, without making any changes, the client / user should again connect. My clients do not connect via user name / password. just uses ca, cert, key and tls.
2. If I wish to format this server and then I would install openvpn using the same script, I would want all the users to be backedup so when the server is back and same openvpn is installed, I can restore all users so I dont have to create the users again and send them the ovpn file to import.
3. I need to know the procedure of how I can see traffic being routed for a specific user. e.g. if a user is sending traffic to a particular Ip after connecting to this openvpn, I would like to see the logs.
4. I believe the server is set in default to allow only 1 connection per user, but I have seen same users connecting twice. can this be restricted.
