Openstack Deployment and Development

Looking for someone who is experienced with OpenStack deployment and development. I have an opensource project which requires the following:

Requirements:
KYPO Platform requires the following OpenStack services:

Nova with SPICE console support
Neutron with user-defined internal networks and floating IPs (provider networks are not supported)
Keystone with Application Credentials
Heat
Floating IPs need to be unrestricted on any firewalls.

For OpenStack deployment, it is recommended to use open source project Kolla Ansible, which supports all KYPO requirements.

Prerequisites
KYPO Cyber Range Platform is tested with Open Stack releases from Stein to Wallaby, but it is possible it will also work on newer releases.

At this moment, you should have installed OpenStack with the following OpenStack Services.

Nova
Neutron
Keystone
Placement
Heat
Horizon

I'll provide you with remote access to my local server so you can work on it.

Please provide details how you will set it up and explain how you're good for this project. I need to know that you know what to do. explain technical details.
