OpenWRT and Luci Rest API and device management from Cloud

I am in need of a freelancer who can help me manage my routers using OpenWRT and Luci Rest API. Specifically, I need the following skills and experience:

- Experience with OpenWRT and Luci Rest API
- Familiarity with router management and configuration
- Knowledge of RESTful API development

In addition, I require a Cloud management system that can monitor my devices. The ideal candidate should have experience with device monitoring and be able to provide the following features:

- Real-time device monitoring
- Alert notifications
- Device status tracking
-Important: I wanted to check continuously who is connected to router.. and disconnect some one after some time. I can control who can use my WIFI from server
