OpenVPN Residential IP Connection Solution

I'm not a developer, so I asked some very good programmers before posting here, so the solution is definitely non-trivial. However, I understand that the computer world is so vast that knowing everything is impossible.

I am looking for a method to connect to residential IPs using the OpenVPN client.
It doesn't matter what method you use, the important thing is that the IP is residential, that the uptime is great, and that you just use the OpenVPN client to access it.
For now, we have only tried using a decentralized VPN service (Mysterium VPN) without particular success (everything works through their app but when using the API we have encountered endless problems)

As mentioned above, no matter the method that is used, you may not even need to write any code, maybe you know of some ISP that offers VPS with residential ip, or you know a few hundred people who have a Raspberry Pi and share their connections with others. Again, any method is fine, as long as it works.

I don't have an idea of the price, but if you have a solution, contact me so we can discuss it.
