Open-source NetFlow Probe / Analyzer / Collector Setup on Linux VMs

Job ID: 39579071

Budget: €30 – €50 EUR

Read the project in detail before messaging / sending an offer!

The task is to set up an NetFlow probe / collector / analyzer using open-source solutions on provided VMs.
Solution of choice is not relevant as long as it is open-source, scalable and has no restrictions in terms of how many host data it can collect and analyze.

- VM1 should be receiving all netflow info from routers and other VMs (in this case VM2) and have a solution in place to display all traffic information which it receives, live on dashboard.
- VM2 should be sending info of its own traffic via netflow to the collector / analyzer (VM1)
- Both VMs, VM1 and VM2 are running Linux (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS)
- Solution chosen and implemented on VM2 should be RHEL9 compatible
- All configuration steps should be documented in detail so that solution can be re-created (as you will be configuring it on test/temporary VMs)

Possible open-source solutions which might work:

You will receive admin access to both VMs (your public IP is needed for whitelisting purposes).
If you're unable to speak English / speak in full sentences, please refrain from messaging.
If you're unable to fully fulfill the project requirements, project counts as incomplete.

Thank you.
