Open Source Software Support Analyst
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a Open Source Software Implementation Analyst with a strong focus on software implementation, specifically for a custom software solution.
Role is perfect for motivated and great opportunities to learn many new tools on top of ones you may already know. Duration is 30 days opportunity. Those who surpass expectations will receive a serious offer to stay on team with better compensation.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities include, and are NOT limited to:
1. Research key platforms as directed (i.e., Umami, Plausible, Calcom, SuiteCRM, Odoo, EspoCRM, Mautic, Listmonk, Kelia, Wireguard and more!)
2. Executing steps to configure and prepare environments for tools, doing research and quickly troubleshooting on your own
3. Propose options from research as requested -> more googling yourself to quickly figure out
4. Be able to advise proactively on details including step by step documents where needed -> ppt creation or excel to compare datapoints
5. Maintain and update the status of various tasks with regular updates
6. Be able to present information clearly in English, not getting too bogged down by confusing details (be clear in communication)
7. Work with stakeholders to identify requirements for configurations
8. Test configurations and identify any gaps to fix based on what does not work the way it should
Expectations:
1. Self-driven and motivated to quickly achieve outcomes
2. Must be available during US hours to do work and receive feedback multiple times in one day to show rapid progress
3. Meet and complete all tasks on time with a high degree of quality
4. Develop a sense of urgency must respond to all messages / calls immediately; We will use WhatsApp to communicate
5. Understands how to prioritize and multi-task where appropriate
6. Workload varies from week to week, expected workload will be ~45-55 hours a week
