Offline HA Clustering Setup on RHEL/CentOS
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for a RHEL certified professional to help in setting up a High Availability (HA) cluster between two offline local servers. Your role will primarily involve setting up and testing the HA cluster using RHEL/Centos.
Key Tasks:
- Configuration of RHEL/Centos: You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of RHEL on both servers ensuring the setup is tailored for clustering.
- HA Cluster Setup: The main task is to create a reliable HA cluster that can ensure continuous operations in case of server failures. Two physical Nodes(servers on CentOS will be provided)
- Testing: The cluster should be tested thoroughly to ensure it functions as expected under various failure scenarios.
Ideal Skills:
- RHEL/Centos Proficiency: A strong understanding of RHEL/Centos is crucial as you will be responsible for setting up the OS on both servers.
- HA Clustering Experience: Prior experience in setting up HA clusters is essential. You should be able to design and implement a robust clustering solution.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot the cluster when issues arise are necessary.
Please note that the servers are offline, so you'll need to ensure that the Ethernet cable is utilized effectively for communication between them.
People who are RHEL certified will only be entrained.
