OVHCloud Bare Metal VM Setup - 11/12/2023 19:45 EST

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up a bare metal virtual machine on OVHCloud.
Need help asap.
Bare Metal Server is running Ubuntu Desktop.
I am using VMM QEMU/KVM virtual machines. VM is Debian 12
The main problem is I can not get the IP set to the VM. Tried many many different solutions, followed the OVHCloud guide link below:
