OVH server updates

Hi,
Our server on OVH hacked yesterday and OVH blocked all domains on it, and we need to run domains all of them again. also we need to know what is the reason of the hacking and how to solve.
Also we need to enable php 7.4 on the server so we can use on all domains.
Final thing, we always have 70% of CPU usage, although at the beginning we didn't face that (we was 20% max).
Please bid only if you worked with OVH before and can deal with all the mentioned problems.
