OVH Server Hacked

I received notice from OVH that my server has been hacked. It has been put into rescue mode. I need someone to evaluate the issue, fix the issue, and get the server back up and running.. I receive the following information from the OVH admin pane...

"Your server has been hacked, and has been switched to FTP rescue mode as a result. Please check your configuration before moving your server onto a disk."
