Seeking Experienced Freelancer to Fix Nginx Proxy Manager and SSL Configuration Issues
Job Description
I am looking for an experienced freelancer to resolve an issue with my Nginx Proxy Manager setup. The problem involves configuring the SSL certificates and ensuring that my domain routes properly through the proxy. Currently, I’m facing the following issues:
1. SSL Certificate Error: Unable to request or apply SSL certificates via Let’s Encrypt in Nginx Proxy Manager.
2. Port Mapping & Proxy Issues: My domain (`npm.dashgate.uk`) refuses to connect despite correct DNS and port forwarding configurations.
3. Cloudflare & Nginx Integration: Ensuring proper DNS and Cloudflare settings for smooth proxying.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Nginx Proxy Manager, Docker, and SSL certificates (Let’s Encrypt).
- Familiarity with port forwarding, DNS records, and Cloudflare configurations.
- Ability to troubleshoot Linux-based servers.
- Experience using remote support tools such as Anydesk, TeamViewer, or Zoom to access my computer for troubleshooting.
Deliverables:
- Fix SSL issues and ensure that Let’s Encrypt certificates are successfully applied to my domains.
- Verify and correct any port forwarding or DNS misconfigurations.
- Ensure proper Cloudflare and Nginx Proxy Manager integration.
- Provide documentation or a brief summary of the steps taken to resolve the issue.

- My setup uses the following:
- Nginx Proxy Manager running in Docker.
- Domain: `npm.dashgate.uk`
- Ports currently mapped: `8080`, `8181`, `8443`.
