Nextcloud NGINX Expertise

We are having an impossible time getting Nextcloud working properly on NGINX server.
Everything seems to be setup properly yet something is clearly wrong. I get this strange error in the JS console Content Security Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at inline (“script-src”).
Css does not load. Uncaught ReferenceError: OC is not defined. jQuery not loaded etc....
However, I just rename the index.php file to a "Hello World" PHP file it loads instantly and perfectly.
So something in the nextcloud config is wrong
It is perhaps in the nginx configuration somewhere for this site.
Please only reply to this job if you have BOTH NGINX and NextCloud configuration experience.
