Networking on OVH Cloud with Proxmox

I am seeking assistance with a project related to networking and virtualization on OVH Cloud, Proxmox and pfsense. Specifically, I need help troubleshooting an issue with public IP assignment, and internet access(incoming and outgoing). My current level of experience with these technologies is beginner. I am requesting completion of this project within a week or two.

More specifically...

My issue with public IP assignment is, that I'm trying to setup a private LAN network which operates on 10.0.0.x, in which addresses in this space directly translate to IPs in an IP block 1.2.3.4/29. I've already managed to setup the LAN network and it is functional. pfsense is handling it.

However, my issue with internet access is that, on OVH cloud, inside a proxmox instance, pfsense cannot access the internet (`ping 1.1.1.1`, Empty response(No destination unreachable), 100% packet loss).

In the end I expect that when I spin up a VM or container on Proxmox, that it will be able to access the internet immediately, on it's own dedicated IP.

10.0.0.100 should translate to 1.2.3.4
10.0.0.101 should translate to 1.2.3.5
10.0.0.102 should translate to 1.2.3.6
etc.

some notable exceptions to this are the proxmox host at 10.0.0.1 which should translate to 1.2.3.3, and one proxmox guest at 10.0.0.9 which should translate to 4.3.2.1

Depending, I may wish to remap some existing 10.0.0.* addresses, such as changing the proxmox host to 10.0.0.98 or changing the pfsense to 10.0.0.1 but thats less important.

I don't care to provide existing configurations, as I don't care how we get this done, I just want the end result to be as described above. You can completely start from scratch in terms of configs.

I'm willing to provide root access to proxmox. However, you must be willing to communicate via a voice call during your access.
