Network controller class for Yocto Linux..

I have a class that was used in a Windows embedded project.. I want the equivalent functions to work on Yocto Linux.
So the functions are empty but I want to be able to do the same thing on Embedded Yocto Linux..
The functions required should be obvious from the descriptions. It may be that you have to implement similar functions that do the same function.. that is fine.. keep the comment style.
