Network Traffic anlysis tool with dynamic traffic anlysis in it

I’m looking for help developing a network traffic analysis tool for a Linux environment. This tool needs to be able to provide features such as real-time monitoring, traffic filtering and traffic visualization and dynamic traffic analysis. It needs to use the programming language Python in order to support the platform I intend to use the tool in. Ultimately, I plan to use the tool in a Linux environment.
