Network POC

I need to implement few points below with azure in Ubuntu, I am trying to create network with 3 Virtual machines
1.Client
2.Server
3. Router

With a current network, I want to have below things with help of azure:
1.Authentication
2.File transfer with sftp
3.DNS
if possible peer to peer system
Just a small task, as I already have VM ready, you just need to implement these 3 points.
