Network Engineer and Admin - Synology Server Setup, Proper Security Firewall, Drive, Active Directory, NextCloud, Network Shares & Folders

Would like to implement our DS1821+ as a server across our small office network to use similar to a Dropbox, yet hosted locally and private. Need someone with proper expertise and understanding of the Synology environment and ecosystem in addition to network admin and engineering experience to implement all the functionality required including proper user and active directory rights setup for Dropbox folders synced on the NAS through Cloudsync where Synology Drive and Server client can properly locate and display these files to shared team folders and users who have access rights or through Nextcloud implementation using myPHP, mariaDB, and Apache or as a Docker container.
