Nethserver DC + Ubuntu 20.04 clients
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I want to connect a number of Ubuntu 20.04 clients to NethServer 7.9.2009.
Currently, I can authenticate against the DC.
What I need is for someone to implement and document the process to:
Create home directories that are hosted server-side to allow the users to login from whatever workstation. It must run on Ubuntu.
Define permissions for groups. I want to implement at least one group that does not allow any data to be added or removed from the workstation via USB.
Setup firewall so that no data can travel into or out of the Lan portion of the setup.
The machine is running Proxmox, has 2 NIC, one to act as WAN and the other as LAN for the workstations.
