Need someone urgently having knowledge in Ubuntu and Google Cloud Platform to fix booting issue in an instance

I want a task to be completed quickly, to fix a booting issue that occurred in one of instance running Ubuntu acting as a webserver while it was performing scheduled updates, the storage unit is fine and present. Interested people do see the serial output of error being shown while trying to boot
