Need someone to help me setup suricata to export via eve.json

Suricata is working, I reinstalled, and I have a config file from a working server that I needed to change the interface on but it seems to not be working. I've checked if its an interface issue, permission with log file issue, reinstalled, been stuck on it for a couple days and need someone to take a look.
