Need to reset the root password or create new droplet and hide payment gateway

I am having a server in digital ocean ( you also need to set root password which i don't know) but i do have login access of digital ocean- on my website due to some payment gateway issue - payment gateway is barred, so temporary you need to hide the logo of the payment gateway and need to type this:

PAY NOW TO THE UPI ID: and after payment send screenshot to the whats app number:
for the instant activation.
