Need help with phpMyadmin in EC2 linux

I am in need of assistance with phpMyAdmin on my EC2 Linux instance. Here are the specific details of my project.
-PhpMyAdmin was working earlier , but now i am not able to view the login page.
-I need someone who can resolve the issue and also help me understand the configuration so that i can resolve minor issue myself.
