Need help with multiple website and database migration Cloud server

Hello, I have more then 786 website hosted at AWS now i wants to migrate all into Digital Ocean. Need expert who knows what he is doing and can keep me on loop everything during migration.

Payment will be done after all website works at Digital Ocean
Before apply job use Digital Ocean before your proposal thus i can understand my job.
