Need help upgrading Apache and OpenSSL

We are running a Magento site on a Linux AWS Lightsail instance. We need to upgrade the Apache and OpenSSL versions running on this server. Various attempts have been made but have not been successful. I am looking for a professional with the relevant skills to get these two services upgraded.

Deliverables
Upgrade OpenSSL to version from 1.1.1k to 1.1.1l

Upgrade Apache version to latest supported version.
