Need to configure a Strongswan VPN on Ubuntu server

I've been trying to set up a Strongswan VPN on ubuntu server according to this tutorial: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-an-ikev2-vpn-server-with-strongswan-on-ubuntu-20-04
rn I am able to connect to VPN on windows pc and ipad, but the traffic doesn't go through. the webpages do not load (You can see in the right upper corner of the attached photo, that the vpn has connected).
I need someone to help me fix this issue.
