Need IT network to remove virus and malware from server. Need IT that have knowledge in Linux and control panel and understand wordpress. After virus and malware removed then he need to bring the site up and fix the website and update plugin. IT need to bring a good backup and restore it and make sure that all script is there. IT need to configure the security and email. Remove email from blacklist. Need to configure email so it avoid sending out spam and able to accept incoming email
