Need caching system similar to Archive.is
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
For an educational system we need the following on Linux:
1.) Nat box (we'll set this up in advance) so users can connect via WIFI or wired and access the internet.
2.) Your part: Your system needs to cache 100 websites in some smart way so if the internet is down at any point during the day, the users trying to get to the internet would see those pages instead.
Meaning, what you build has to:
1.) Cache webpages like archive.is does or archive.org does.
2.) Direct (using iptables or whatever) users to those pages IF the internet is down and they can use network address translation to see the pages.
