Need Vesta CP removed and Webin working on Unbutu without destroying website hosted on Digital Ocean

Need someone who knows how to use Digital Ocean, Linux, Unbutu, Webin, Vesta CP, FTP, SSL and can do the job within 1 hour for $75.00
Need a developer that knows what they are doing and can do it now and fast.
My website is hosted by Digital Ocean, with Unbutu operating system and I need Webin back working again.
Apparently there is a FTP that someone set up but I have no clue how to access it. So if you are not able to fix, remove or workaround, please don’t take this project. And I would prefer the FTP and Vista CP be removed.
I specifically asked a previous developer to fix webin, he was unable to do it and installed Vesta CP. I am very angry he did this, I do not like Vesta CP and my staff is not trained on how to manage the website. I want webin back working.
I also need the admin login to be secure with SSL.
I am looking for someone to finish this within an hour for $75.
If you cannot do this please do not waste my time or yours.
