Need Plesk expert to update mysql root password and other job

Hello There,
I have 2 points to do..
1. Need Plesk expert to update mysql root password. We have 2 mysql versions 1 on localhost and 1 on docker. we need to reset both the root mysql password. Currently we are getting error on plesk panel while updating mysql password on plesk panel.
2.We are facing issue with our websites, when we open our website and run few queries or open any page, some times page taking more time than usual. the same site was running on cpanel and it was working fine but after we moved our site to plesk, we are facing this issue. loading issue consumes CPU usage sometimes when query stuck in between
