Need a PfSense and NGINX EXPERT to setup a complex network with multiple vpns and vlans, with a focus on security.

I recently had to move my servers from my old site to my new site in a hurry after the internet service that was connected was cut off accidently, with no due date for it to be returned.
As a result I have moved servers to a new location which will be their new home. At my old site I had 5 public IPs, but here I only have one per connection (two total, but really only want to use one).
so need to make changes to make the setup work as follows: (public IPs are not included for obvious reasons but will be supplied later)
See attached document for required work. I have ongoing work available for a good linux\network person.
Any advice on design will be welcomed.
