Need a Linux server attack issue fix.

I have a linux server with docker containers. the docker containers are for Jupyterlab, airflow, prosgres and airflow. However I keep getting Abuse message warning from my server prover of NetscanOutLevel: Netscan detected from my IP(sever). I need a fix for this. I would like to know why this is happening and how to prevent this. My server provider is hetzner. Questions, comments or suggestions are welcomed.
